Venue: Away

Prince Henry's 19 - BGS U15 54

This was a tougher game than the score might suggest. At half time BGS were winning 21 -7 but it had been a hard fought battle, with PHGS threatening on a number of occasions. Thankfully the 'Maroons' took advantage of the home team's mistakes and also created a few opportunities themselves. Shaan Aziz scored 2 tries whilst Obi supported well to ad to his tally for the year.

The game turned in the second half. Returning winger and man of the match Amrit Sharma scored a hat trick within 10 minutes, showing exceptional pace and footwork to go past the PHGS defence. They were unable to cope when BGS moved it quickly out wide and the game was soon away from them. Oscar Andrews scored through good support play before Sharma added to his total for the day. PHGS never gave up however, and were able to score 3 second half tries themselves, with their 7, 8 and centre causing difficulties. Despite their fightback the result was never in doubt and with Mbako converting 7 of the 8 tries, BGS kept well out of reach.

BGS still need to improve on the support and breakdown work if they are to beat the best around and the visit of QEGS next weekend will test to see if they can act on feedback given.

Score: 54 - 19
Tries: Aziz(2), Andrews, Ene, Sharma(4)
